Marla Webb has been a real estate licensee since 1976, beginning as a residential Realtor® in Dallas, Texas, then making the transition to land development and commercial-investment brokerage. She is currently a broker in Texas and North Carolina. With a degree in secondary education, Ms. Webb also teaches a variety of professional-level courses related to real estate.
Since 1987, Ms. Webb specializes in portfolio management and marketing on behalf of owners and lenders dealing with residential and commercial properties in default. In 1991, her firm was awarded the only national contract by the Resolution Trust Corporation to lead an analysis and marketing team to structure RTC sealed-bid and auction sales of $4.2 billion of commercial properties with seller financing.
Beginning in 1998, Ms. W ebb wrote Clients’ proposals and implemented contracts for the HUD Management and Marketing (M&M) program to sell homes HUD owned due to foreclosed FHA-insured loans. She recruited and trained the original network of HUD Local Listing Brokers in 28 states, overseeing the disposition of more than 300,000 homes. Another winning proposal Ms. Webb wrote in 2008 added the FDIC’s national contract for commercial and residential properties from failed banks into the mix of government contracts she has launched and monitored for compliance with complex government requirements.
Ms. Webb is a professional education course writer and instructor who personally taught 100,000+ real estate practitioners the essentials of operating successfully in government programs such as RTC, HUD, the FDIC, and others. Many attendees passed examinations and earned Continuing Education credit for their state license renewals. She holds the CCIM, Accredited Land Consultant, and Certified Distance Education Instructor from the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials, and the CDSP™ Certified Default Services Professional™ designations. She achieved the Texas Lifetime Teacher’s Certification and is an honors graduate from the University of North Texas in Denton.
Bill Webb was first licensed in La Jolla, California in 1978, where he headed a firm he owned in partnership with his brother specializing in high-value residential and a variety of commercial property sales. Since combining their family and business lives in 1984, Mr. and Mrs. Webb have worked together on many government and corporate projects nationally. Mr. Webb administers asset management and marketing proposal production, contract implementation, vendor oversight, strategic planning, and leadership functions. He focuses on achieving and sustaining excellent client relationships and ensuring government contract compliance.
Since 1987, Mr. Webb’s responsibilities and professional successes have included: office-showroom and industrial leasing and brokerage; commercial portfolio disposition services with seller financing for the national RTC contract valued at $4.2 billion; launching the operations and regional offices for HUD M&M-I Contractors in 28 states; multi-family property analysis and debt-restructuring on behalf of the Office of Multi-Family Housing Assistance Restructuring, an affiliate of HUD; and, disposition administration and oversight of HUD portfolios of single-family properties for M&M-II Contractors in Ohio, Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
Mr. Webb attended Fresno Pacific University where he pursued a degree in business administration with an emphasis in organizational leadership. He earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the National Association of Realtors® in 1988. Mr. Webb holds real estate broker licenses in 15 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.
In 2010 Jennie Seaman joined the team to fulfill a variety of our clients’ needs for committed dedication to managing a broad range of duties. She is responsible for the communications, logistics, administration, record-keeping, and support details related to business development initiatives, including proposal-production assignments. A focus of Ms. Seaman’s efforts secures diversity certifications, including U.S. Small Business Administration registration in required government systems for women, veterans, and minority-owned firms. Additional duties center on providing administrative support for university-level real estate training programs offered for CE credit, including ensuring CE compliance for numerous state licensing authorities.
Ms. Seaman has a management background in a medical practice in its administrative and patient services functions. She also headed the administration and ensured compliance for a government contract on behalf of a pharmaceutical supplier as an independent contractor with required security clearance to oversee operations on a military base. For more than 15 years Ms. Seaman excelled in various positions in public relations, outside sales, and business management. Ms. Seaman is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker.
Beginning as a senior accountant, Ms. McNally joined the team in 2000 and was promoted in 2007 to serve as company financial officer. Her responsibilities include growth management, business development, and oversight of all interactions involving monetary accounting.
Ms. McNally began her professional career in 1983 as a financial management specialist for an innovative leader in agribusiness. She held several positions with that firm including accounting manager and investments supervisor. She also worked as a financial analyst for Electronic Data Systems in Detroit, Michigan. Her responsibilities encompassed the development of auditing protocols and procedures in the receivables department and serving as lead business analyst in the design, development and deployment of a search system for the EDS General Motors human resources account.
Ms. McNally is a graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in business finance.
